Managed resourcing, reviews, and delivery for advertising campaigns ($5k - $1mm) while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. Oversaw creative reviews, workback schedules, and handled vendor coordination.

Operational Success & Project Management

Implemented new processes to manage a high volume of SEO blog posts, overseeing freelancers and content storage. Enhanced creative asset output by 100% through revamped sprint cycles and review cadences, managing cross-functional partnerships.

Tooling

Implemented DAM (digital asset management) and Asana systems, leading workshops, documentation, and training sessions for seamless adoption. Enhanced project operations with Figjam collaboration & retrospectives, updating templates, and facilitating sessions to drive continuous improvement.

Offsites & Events

Organized and managed multi-day team events, including workshops, meals, and outings, for internal marketing teams. Planned engaging activities and coordinated logistics for international visitors, ensuring a memorable experience during their time in the city. Served as unofficial California ambassador by taking all international visitors to In-N-Out Burger.
